GRAND OPENING TONIGHT & W.O.W



January 9, 11, & 13, 2012

Warm up- 10 min walk
Cardio- 45 min of walk/jog with HR in Fat Burn zone

Total- 50 up and downs, 100 mountain climbers (each leg), 100 dips, 100 tucks (abs)

January 10 & 12, 2012 

Warm up- 5 min jog
Cardio- 10 mins of straight jump roping

Total Body-20 EMOM (Every Minute on the Minute) Squats, Push ups, jumping lunges, jumping jacks
ex. 1min- 1 squat, 2min- 2 pushups, 3 min- 3 jumping lunges each leg, 4 min- 4JJ, 5 min- 5 squats and keeping building until you can't complete the exercises or get to 20 min
