Cardio: 20 sets of stairs at a jog/walk down
Upper: 5x- 20 push ups, 20 dips, 40 jumping pull-ups
January 17 & 19, 2012
Warm-up: 3x- 20 tucks, 15 supermans, 1min plank
Lower: 2x- 50 Reverse lunges, 50 calf raises, 25 Rom. Deadlifts
Cardio: 30min walking
